एक्टर अनुपम खेर की मोस्ट अवेटेड फिल्म 'द एक्सिडेंटल प्राइम मिनिस्टर’ बुरी तरह से फंस गई है. फिल्म के डायरेक्टर को जीएसटी फ्रॉड में गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है तो वहीं प्रोड्यूसर सुनील बोहरा के खिलाफ भी जांच शुरू कर दी गई है. सुनील पर आरोप है कि उन्होंने विजय रत्नाकर गुट्टे के पिता के काले धन को सफेद करने के लिए इस फिल्म का निर्माण किया है. जबकि पहले ही अदालत ने उनकी कंपनी को दिवालिया घोषित कर दिया है तो फिर उनके पास ये पैसे आये कहाँ से ?

1 This petition is for winding up of respondent company Bohra Bros Production Pvt. Ltd. (the company) under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 on the ground that the company is unable to discharge its debts and is commercially insolvent.
- On 5th December, 2017, when the petition was taken up for admission, the following order was passed :
- The petition has been filed for winding up of the Company Bohra Bros Production Private Limited on the ground that the company is unable to pay its debt commercially insolvent and hence requires to be wound up.
- Admittedly, petitioner and respondent company had entered into an agreement dated 29th August, 2012 whereby petitioner and the company had agreed to jointly produce, distribute and market a cinematograph film titled “Trishna” under the terms and conditions mentioned therein. Though the agreement provides that petitioner will give Rs.1 crore towards the total cost of acquisition, prints, distribution and marketing of the film and another sum of Rs. 1 crore in mutually agreed installment within four months from the date of agreement, the admitted fact as could be seen from the affidavit in reply is that petitioner had given a sum of Rs.4 crores to respondent.

‘द एक्सिडेंटल प्राइम मिनिस्टर’ फिल्म के निर्देशक विजय रत्नाकर गुट्टे को माल एवं सेवा कर से जुड़ी धोखाधड़ी के एक मामले में गिरफ्तार किया गया है. वह महाराष्ट्र के कद्दावर चीनी कारोबारी रत्नाकर गुट्टे के बेटे हैं, जिन्हें डायरेक्ट्रेट जनरल ऑफ गुंड्स एंड सर्विसेज इंटेजिजेंस (DGGSTI) ने जीएसटी में कम से कम 34 करोड़ रुपये के फ्रॉड के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया है. गुट्टे पर आरोप है कि उन्होंने किसानों के पैसों में भी भारी गमन किया है और उसी पैसे से ये फिल्म बनाई जा रही है. गुट्टे की फर्म, वीआरजी डिजिटल कॉर्प प्राइवेट लिमिटेड पर हॉरिजन ऑउटसोर्स सॉल्यूशंस प्राइवेट लिमिटेड से मिली एनिमेशन और मैनपावर सेवाओं के लिए 34 करोड़ रुपये के जीएसटी की ‘फर्जी रसीदें’ लेने का आरोप है. यह कंपनी 170 करोड़ रुपये से ज्यादा के जीएसटी फ्रॉड को लेकर सरकार की जांच के दायरे में आई है.
वहीं अब इस मामले की जांच की जा रही है कि कहीं फिल्म ‘द एक्सिडेंटल प्राइम मिनिस्टर’ में लगे सारे पैसे महाराष्ट्र के कद्दावर चीनी कारोबारी रत्नाकर गुट्टे के हैं. जिसे सुनील बोहरा ने अपने नाम पर लगाया है. ये राशि करोड़ों में है. बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट ने 12.04.2018 को एक ऑर्डर पास किया है. ये ऑर्डर जस्टिस श्रीराम ने दिया है जिसमें साफ तौर पर कहा गया है कि सुनील बोहरा की कंपनी ने कई लोगों के पैसे डुबाए हैं और अब कंपनी व्यावसायिक रूप से दिवालिया हो गई है. ऐसे में इस कंपनी के नाम पर चलने वाले सभी कारोबार बंद किये जाए. जिसमे ये फिल्म ‘द एक्सिडेंटल प्राइम मिनिस्टर’ भी शामिल है.
अब इस मामले से जुड़े कलाकारों से भी पूछताछ हो सकती है. किसे कितने पैसे मिले और किस फॉर्म में मिले हैं. हमारे हाथ जो अदालती कागजात लगे हैं उसके अनुसार, वीआरजी डिजिटल कॉर्प ने जुलाई 2017 के बाद इन फर्जी रसीदों के जरिए सरकार से CENVAT (सेंट्रल वैल्यू एडेड टैक्स) के तहत 28 करोड़ रुपये के नकद रिफंड का गलत तरीके से दावा किया.
