हिंदी फिल्म इंडस्ट्री ही नहीं बल्कि साउथ फिल्म इंडस्ट्री भी दिग्गज अभिनेता दिलीप कुमार की निधन की खबर से आहत है. अभिनेता का 98 साल की उम्र में बुधवार सुबह मुंबई के एक अस्पताल में निधन हो गया. उन्हें सांस फूलने की शिकायत के बाद पिछले हफ्ते अस्पताल ले जाया गया था. ऐसे में साउथ स्टार्स ने उनके जाने की खबर सामने आने के बाद अपनी सांत्वना देते हुए उन्हें याद किया है.

कमल हासन ने ट्वीट करते हुए लिखा है, "दिलीप कुमार साहब. एक ऐसा करियर जो मेरे जैसे कई अभिनेताओं को अपने प्रदर्शन में बनाए रखने के लिए एक मानक और प्रतिबद्धता सिखाता है. सच में भारत के महानतम अभिनेताओं में से एक आज हमें छोड़ गए. लेकिन अपने अभियन के माध्यम से वो हमारे लिए अपनी प्रतिभा का खजाना छोड गया हैं."
